High-Speed Semi-Auto Adult Diapers Packaging Machine
A packaging machine mainly for packing diapers & baby pants products with high-speed & semi-automatic main features. When products being detected by the Packaging Machine, it will undergo procedures such as: automatic compression, stacked-products/pieces pushing, suction and the final stage of bottom gusset folding, heat-sealing and waste clearance procedures.

1. Full-servo packaging system.
Full servo control, compared to traditional mechanical operation, it's able to limit energy consumption with more stable control and accurate positioning
2. Patented bag-opening mechanism.
Servo-controlled bag-opening mechanism can adapt to different packaging specifications. To change the packaging product specifications and data, it can be done by adjusting the technical parameters over the control panel.
3. Human-machine interaction (HMI) system.
Different product parameters can be saved within and retrieved from the system conveniently when needed.
4. Temperature control system from Germany.
The adoption of German temperature control system enables the preciseness of temperature setting for heating strips by touching on the screen, with tolerance of ±1 degree Celsius.
5. Simple transmission system with increased reliability and the maintenance is much more convenient.
