FAQ
How long is the warranty period?
The period will be 12 months from the date of acceptance. In the period, the damaged due to improper use by the buyer which should be repaired by the seller but the cost of spare parts for repair should be borne by the buyer.
How's the payment term will be like?
The payment process will consist of the 3 stages overall:
After the ordering process of the machine(s) has been done followed by signing of the technical agreement, the initial payment will be 30% of the overall price which will be paid prior to starting production.
The following 65% of the payment will be made after the machine has been finished and to be prepared for shipping. Once the machine has been arrived at client's site (factory) followed by installation and test-running processes, the latter 5% of the sum will be paid after 3 months.
What are the information should we provide in order to choose the right packaging machine for production？
Our packing machines/equipments are all tailor made to fit the production scale of client's factory. The information to be provided are product type to be packaged, bag size or film width, bag shape (Eurobag, Chinese-bag ), package weight and net weight, film material type, product photo, and contact details of the client.
