High Speed Fully-servo Adult Diaper Packing Machine

The High Speed Fully-Automatic Packaging Machine for adult pants/diapers (with auto. size-changing function) adopted dual compression stages for the stacked diapers before entering the packaging to be sealed. Under full-auto. operation, the machine will be able to carry out product catching, compression, piece counting, stack pushing, bag opening and bag filling procedures followed by trim clearing. These sealed packaged products would be delivered out along the conveyor belt.

Mechanical Features

1.  Innovative patented gusset-folding technology

With the accuracy to ensure the shaping up of smooth and delicate gusset, the servo controlled angular mechnical component is adaptable to various adult pants packaging specifications.

2. With auto. size-changing functional system

Integrated with more than 10 years of packaging design & mechanical comissioning experiences with knowledges that we have acquired into developing this innovative packing machine. By just entering the bag width into the system, the machine with automatically calculate and carry out the auto. size-changing task completely.

3. New modular design concept

Full servo design & multi-cam mechanism servo technology are adopted to ensure flexibility of all tasks are at highest & shortest time to be taken, 50 packs/min which by far the highest production speed within the industry. 

4. Multi-Servo drive and high mechanical stability.

The adoption of Mitsubishi or AB motion-controlled PLC and Bus Servo System ensures the stability and efficiency of production, with the qualified rate reaching as high as 99%.

5. Overall program planning. 
The engineering solutions offered by BROAD are not just simple sanitary napkins packing machines, but also a holistic solution from selection of product pieces from host, conveying products into the packaging machines to sealing of the packaging executed by the machine. The finished products will appear as a two-in-one (packaged) product after being packed.
