Mid-Speed Semi-Auto Adult Diapers Packaging Machine

A packaging machine mainly for packing diapers & baby pants products with mid-speed & semi-automatic main features. When products being detected by the Packaging Machine, it will undergo procedures such as: automatic compression, stacked-products/pieces pushing, suction and the final stage of bottom gusset folding, heat-sealing and waste clearance procedures.

1. Patented gusset-making mechanism

has been approved by the industry able to reduce misalignment and error to minimum level created by high stability gusset-making mechanisms.

2. One-press shunt diversion system.

When the machine is in the process of changing task or in a state of malfunction, the products will be diverted through manual sealing line with the one-press shunt system to ensure the continuous work of the main machine.

3. Extensive applicability, with fine and firm sealing.

This semi-automatic machine running at medium speed is applicable to pack over 95% of the mainstream products in this line, including diapers, elastic diaper pants, pet cushions, mattresses and various bags and pouches, etc., with the sealing fine and firm.

4. Intelligent fault detection system

when the machine malfunction or problems occurs in handling the products and materials for packaging process ,it will signal a warning sign through alarms.
