High-Speed Fully-Auto Menstrual Pads Packing Machine

This packaging machine, which is for packing menstrual pads products, is able to carry out functions and processes such as manually conveying into the packing machine' s bag feeder unit, product catching, compression, bag opening and bag filling procedures and then clear the cut-off wastes. These sealed products will eventually be delivered out along the conveyor belt.

Mechanical Features：

1. Full-servo system design

With utilizing full servo control technology, as compared to traditional mechanical controlling methods, it consumes lower energy with more stable control and accurate positioning

2. Adopts a new modular design concept

Multi-cam linkage to ensure that all action is kept to the smoothest and shortest time required. The packing speed can reach up to 60 packs / minute which is at the fastest industrial production speed.

3. Multi-Servo drive and high mechanical stability. 

The adoption of Mitsubishi or AB motion-controlled PLC and Bus Servo System ensures the stability and efficiency of sanitary napkins packing production,  with the qualified rate reaching as high as 99%.

4. Overall program planning. 
The engineering solutions offered by BROAD are not just simple menstrual pads packing machines, but also a holistic solution from selection of product pieces from host, conveying products into the packaging machines to sealing of the packaging executed by the machine. The finished products will appear as a two-in-one (packaged) product after being packed.
