High Speed Adult Diapers Packaging Machine

A packaging machine mainly for packing diapers & baby pants products with high-speed & semi-automatic main features. When products being detected by the Packaging Machine, it will undergo procedures such as: automatic compression, stacked-products/pieces pushing, suction and the final stage of bottom gusset folding, heat-sealing and waste clearance procedures.

Mechanical Features：

1. Patent and exclusive sealing and gusset-folding mechanism 

Precise sealing effect with well adjusted sealing tempreature, with efficient and convenient mechanical size-changing procedure for different packaging, as well as simple and efficient mechanical engineering design. By far the most stable diaper sealing solution.

2. Multi-Servo drive and high mechanical stability.

The adoption of Mitsubishi or AB motion-controlled PLC and Bus Servo System ensures the stability and efficiency of adult diapers production, with the qualified rate reaching as high as 99%.

3. Overall program planning.

When the machine is in the process of changing task or in a state of malfunction, the adult diapers will be diverted through manual sealing line with the one-press shunt system to ensure the continuous work of the main machine.

4. Shortest packaging length requirement

Unique production technology adopted with short packaging length requirement to reduce the cost by large margin. The shortest edge length can be controlled at 10mm when the gusset under stable operation.
