The High Speed Fully-Automatic Packaging Machine for adult pants/diapers (with auto. size-changing function) adopted dual compression stages for the stacked diapers before entering the packaging to be sealed. Under full-auto. operation, the machine will be able to carry out product catching, compression, piece counting, stack pushing, bag opening and bag filling procedures followed by trim clearing. These sealed packaged products would be delivered out along the conveyor belt.

The machine, under automated operation, will have the diapers stacked neatly by the Stacker according to diapers quantity/ piece number of the packaging followed by pushing into the compressing platform of the Packaging Machine. When products being detected by the Packaging Machine, it will undergo procedures such as: automatic compression, stacked-products/pieces pushing, bag feeding, suction, bag-opening, product bagging.
