High-Speed Fully-Auto Underpads Packaging Machine

The machine, under automated operation, will have the underpads stacked neatly by the Stacker according to underpads quantity/ piece number of the packaging followed by pushing into the compressing platform of the Packaging Machine. When underpads being detected by the Packaging Machine, it will undergo procedures such as: automatic compression, stacked-products/pieces pushing, bag feeding, suction, bag-opening, product bagging.

Mechanical Features：

1. Full-servo system 

With utilizing full servo control technology, as compared to traditional mechanical controlling methods, it consumes lower energy with more stable control and accurate positioning

2. Extensive applicability, with fine and firm sealing.

The machine is applicable to packing over 95% of the mainstream products in this line, including diapers, elastic diaper pants, pet cushions and underpads etc.,with the sealing fine and firm.

3.Temperature control system from Germany.

The adoption of German temperature control system enables the preciseness of temperature setting for heating strips by touching on the screen with tolerance of ±1 degree Celsius; which will be better suited for a variety of packaging materials.

4. Self diagnosis alarm

When the device itself malfunctions or problems with the packaging materials, the device will issue a corresponding alarm
