High Speed Full-Servo Underpads Packaging Machine

The machine, under automated operation, will have the diapers stacked neatly by the Stacker according to diapers quantity/ piece number of the packaging followed by pushing into the compressing platform of the Packaging Machine. When products being detected by the Packaging Machine, it will undergo procedures such as: automatic compression, stacked-products/pieces pushing, bag feeding, suction, bag-opening, product bagging.

Mechanical Features：

1. Patented gusset-making mechanism.

has been approved by the industry able to reduce misalignment and error to minimum level created by high stability gusset-making mechanisms.

2. Patented bag-opening mechanism.

Servo-controlled bag-opening mechanism can adapt to different packaging specifications. To change the packaging product specifications and data, it can be done by adjusting the technical parameters over the control panel.

3. Overall program planning.

When the machine is in the process of changing task or in a malfunctioning state, it can one-click switch to output disposable underpads from another outlet of the stacker , products will be diverted through manual sealing line to ensure the continuous work of the main machine.

4. Temperature control system from Germany.

The adoption of German temperature control system enables the preciseness of temperature setting for heating strips by touching on the screen, with tolerance of ±1 degree Celsius.

5. Intelligent fault detection system.

when the machine malfunction or problems occurs in handling the products and materials for packaging process , it will signal a warning sign through alarms.
