High Speed Full-servo Period Pants Packing Machine

A packing machine incorporated with full-servo that is able to pack period pants/underwear under high speed outputted from the host machine, and can reach its top design speed of 60 packs/min. It is designed to pack disposable/sanitary products at minimum quantity or known as low-count pack. The functions and procedures will include product catching, compression, bag opening and product bagging followed by clear the cut-off trim after done with final sealing.

Mechanical Features

1.  Patented innovative gusset creation technique

With the accuracy to ensure the shaping up of precise and delicate gusset, the servo controlled gusset-folding mechanism is adaptable to various period underwear packaging specifications.

2. New modular design concept

Full servo design & multi-cam mechanism servo technology are adopted to ensure high flexibility &  shortest time requirement, reaching the highest industrial packing speed of 60 packs/min. 

3. Multi-Servo drive creating high mechanical stability.

The adoption of Mitsubishi or AB motion-controlled PLC and Bus Servo System ensures the stability and efficiency of sanitary products production, with the qualified rate reaching as high as 99%.

4. Human Machine Interface (HMI) system

The control panel of the Stacking Machine will visually display data and different parameters settings of different product specifications which can be preserved and saved in the machine and retrieved conveniently when needed.
