High Speed Fully-auto Disposable Period Pants Packing Machine

This packaging machine, which is for packing disposable period pant or menstrual pant products, is a combination of 1 automatic stacker and 2 automatic packing machine and able to carry out functions and processes such as automatic conveying into the packing machine' s bag feeder unit, product catching, compression, bag opening and bag filling procedures and then clear the cut-off wastes. These sealed products will eventually be delivered out along the conveyor belt. ( Customizable for gusset and non-gusset bags )

With the accurancy to ensure the shaping up of smooth and delicate gusset, the servo controlled angular device is adaptable to various packaging specifications.

2. Adopts a new modular design concept, full servo design

Multi-cam linkage servo control technology to ensure that all action is kept to the smoothest and shortest time required. The packing speed can reach up to 60 packs/minute which is at the fastest industrial production speed.

3. Multi-servo drive and high mechanical stability

The adoption of Mitsubishi or AB motion-controlled PLC and Bus Servo System ensures the stability and effciency of production, with the qualified rate reaching as high as 99%.

4. Overall program planning

The engineering solutions offered by BROAD are not juse simple packing machines, but also a holistic solution from selection of product pieces from host, convering products into the packaging machines to sealing of the packaging executed by the machine. The finished products will appear as a two-in-one (packaged) product after being packed.
