Fully-Auto Disposable Underpads Packaging Machine
The machine, under automated operation, will have the diapers stacked neatly by the Stacker according to diapers quantity/ piece number of the packaging followed by pushing into the compressing platform of the Packaging Machine. When products being detected by the Packaging Machine, it will undergo procedures such as: automatic compression, stacked-products/pieces pushing, bag feeding, suction, bag-opening, product bagging.
Mechanical Features
1. Innovative gusset-folding technology with exclusive patent right.
With the accuracy to ensure the shaping up of smooth and delicate gusset, the servo controlled angular device is adaptable to various disposable underpads packaging specifications.
2. Fine and firm sealing.
The machine is applicable to create precise and tight seal after the underpads being compressed and pushed into the packaging.
3. Multi-Servo drive and high mechanical stability.
To ensure the stability and efficiency of production, the packaging machine adopts Mitsubishi/AB motion-controlled PLC and Bus Servo System with the qualified rate reaching as high as 99%.
