High-Speed Full-Servo Pet Underpads Packaging Machine
The machine, under automated operation, will have the diapers stacked neatly by the Stacker according to diapers quantity/ piece number of the packaging followed by pushing into the compressing platform of the Packaging Machine. When products being detected by the Packaging Machine, it will undergo procedures such as: automatic compression, stacked-products/pieces pushing, bag feeding, suction, bag-opening, product bagging.

3. Prefabricated bags adopted.
The use of prefabricated bags for the packaging of the pet underpads, compared to rolling film bags or the wicket bags, contributes to easy management and reduction in cost of manufacturing
4. Temperature control system from Germany.
The adoption of German temperature control system enables the preciseness of temperature setting for heating strips by touching on the screen, with tolerance of ±1 degree Celsius.
