High Speed Fully-Automatic Pet Diapers/Pants Packaging Machine

The High Speed Fully-Automatic Packaging Machine for pet diapers (with auto. size-changing function) adopted dual compression stages for the stacked diapers before entering the packaging to be sealed. Under full-auto. operation, the machine will be able to carry out product catching, compression, piece counting, stack pushing, bag opening and bag filling procedures followed by trim clearing. These sealed packaged products would be delivered out along the conveyor belt.

With the accuracy to ensure the shaping up of smooth and delicate gusset, the servo controlled angular device is adaptable to various pet diapers packaging specifications.

2. Incoporated with auto. size-changing functional system

Integrated with more than 10 years of packaging design & mechanical comissioning experiences with knowledges that we have acquired into developing this innovative packing machine. Automatic calculation of the system enables the automatic function of changing the packaging size completely.

3. New modular design concept

Full servo design & multi-cam mechanism servo technology are adopted to ensure high flexibility &  shortest time requirement, reaching the highest industrial packing speed of 50 packs/min. 

4. Multi-Servo drive and high mechanical stability.

The adoption of Mitsubishi or AB motion-controlled PLC and Bus Servo System ensures the stability and efficiency of production, with the qualified rate reaching as high as 99%.

5. Self diagnosis alarm

When the machine itself malfunctions or problems with the packaging materials, the device will issue a corresponding alarm to bring the entire machine to complete stop.
