High-Speed Fully-Auto Baby Pants Stacking Machine

A stacking machine mainly for stacking diapers & baby pants products with high-speed & full-servo main features. When products being fed from the host through its inlet, it will undergo procedures such as: piece counting, stacked-products/pieces pushing, either single or double row into the packing machine section prepared to be bagged and sealed.

Mechanical Features：

1. Servo drive and high mechanical stability.

The adoption of Mitsubishi motion-controlled PLC and Bus Servo System enables higher stability, efficiency of baby pants production with great precision. With multi-cam linkage servo control it is able to achieve the leading domestic production speed of 1000 pieces / min.

2. Extensive applicability.

The machine is applicable to pack over 95% of the mainstream products in this line, including diapers, elastic diaper pants, pet cushions and mattresses, etc..

3. Ease of changing mechanical components

Modularization and simplicity in adjusting the design are adopted, which can greatly reduce the time for changing the mechanical components to match the production requirements of baby pants on site.

4. Intelligent algorithm.

WIth higher intelligence of algorithm adopted, the Stacking Machine can start counting from the next product piece when there is a missing baby pants piece in a row, to reduce the amount of product piece being ejected.

5. Modular design.

Modular design allows for automatic upgrades by docking the Automatic Packing Machine directly to the Baby Pants Stacking Machine.
