High-Speed Full-Servo Adult Diapers Stacking Machine

A stacking machine mainly for stacking diapers & baby pants products with high-speed & full-servo main features. When products being fed from the host through its inlet, it will undergo procedures such as: piece counting, stacked-products/pieces pushing, either single or double row into the packing machine section prepared to be bagged and sealed.

With tailor-made Stacking Finger Blades and transmission design together with multi-cam linkage servo control, to achieve the leading domestic production speed of 1000 pieces / min.

2. Ease of changing mechanical components

Modularization and simplicity in adjusting the design are adopted, which can greatly reduce the time for changing the mechanical components to match the production requirements of adult diapers on site.

3. Intelligent algorithm.

WIth higher intelligence of algorithm adopted, the Stacking Machine can start counting from the next product piece when there is a missing adult diaper piece in a row, to reduce the amount of product piece being ejected.
