Underpads has recently increased in demand by most users ranging from pet owners to people working within the medical field in the hospital. It's standard packing method is the products pieces are stacked horizontally in the packaging. Other than BROAD only creates underpads packing machine that only packs horizontally stacked underpads, we have been requested by our client Kekao to come up with a solution that can handle vertically stacked underpads, thus we have a chance to design and build a High Speed Fully-auto. Underpads Packing Machine, where the properties and functioning is almost the same as the typical High-Speed Fully-Auto Baby Diapers Packaging Machine with the stacker and blades for holding every individal products at upright position.
The underpads originated from the main converting machine directly entered into the stacker by the inlet channel and being held in between the stacker blades similar to the diaper pieces to be counted and compressed before being pushed into the opened packaging by the stacker's pusher, followed by being pushed along by pusher in the bagging machine towards the sealing station for the final folding & sealing.
