Early this cloudless sunny morning before the clock struck 8 am, the time of our work began, the truck already arrived at the entrance and the staff already preparing for the High-Speed Fully-Auto Baby Pants Packaging Machine (Bagger) to be delivered to Hanhe in Quanzhou. The bagger machine will be integrated with the existing stacker at the site.
Our fellow staff of BROAD had already stood by and got the wrapped machines to be loaded carefully section-by-section onto the truck with a forklift. Though it's a short shipping journey as compared to other destinations, the processes of preparation and loading onto the truck with forklift by our experienced staffs have always been delicated, to ensure the machine is transported and unloaded safely at the arrival site to avoid physical damages.
The packing machines run at the top packing speed at 35 packs/min which is regarded as the standard top speed utilized by a majority of diaper industries in China.
The required packing dimension can be customized under different SKUs as shown:
