Early in the cold winter morning right before the working hour, the staffed had already arrived early and preparing for the finished High Speed Full-servo Period Pants Packing Machine to be loaded on and delivered to Tianjiao, being one of our cooperative clients for the longest period of time from Quanzhou.
Our fellow staff of BROAD had already stood by and got the wrapped machines to be loaded carefully section-by-section onto the truck with a forklift. Though it's a short shipping journey as compared to other destinations, the processes of preparation and loading onto the truck with forklift by our experienced staffs have always been delicated, to ensure the machine is transported and unloaded safely at the arrival site to avoid physical damages.
The period pants packing machine runs at the designed speed of 60 pcs/min and the packing used were prefabricated bag. The machine is designed with an infeeding speed of 450 pieces/min.
