Early in the morning of the earliy winter season, the staff arrived right before the working hour preparing for the finished stacker, High-Speed Full-Servo Baby Diapers Stacking Machine, to be delivered to Zongrun in Quanzhou. The diapers stacker will be required for the integration with the adult diaper converting machine
This stacker is able to handle product pieces at 300 pcs/min with the push rate on each adjoining exit (2 overall) of 20 pushes/min with full servo-powered features utilizing Mitsubishi PLC system to create the most stable and efficient production rate reaching the qualification rate of 90%
