After-sale Service:

BROAD provides attentive after-sales services to our both locals & international clients. After the machine have been shipped and arrived at the buyer's site, at the same time the supplier will send technicians to the buyer's factory for training on machine operation, setting up, tuning, trouble shooting and maintenance, and the buyer should arrange the technicians for training for no more than 2 weeks time. 


Warranty period & responsibilities:

The period should be 12 months from the date of acceptance. In the period, the damaged due to improper use by the buyer which should be repaired by the seller but the cost of spare parts for repair should be borne by the buyer


Free telephone technical support service would be provided for the lifetime from the date of qualified. When there is a trouble with the machine, the buyer asks for factory service and the technician can arrange within 2 weeks. In case of emergency, the technicians could arrive within 1 week after the negotiation and the cost should be borne by the buyer. (The above services are subject to uncontrollable factors).
