It has been 17 years since BROAD just began as a humble machine supplying factory. With Integration of technical knowledge derived from over ten years of packaging design and mechanical experimentation experience, BROAD was able to develop an alternative method of sealing and folding the gusset of the diapers packaging to give a precise, well aligned and uniformed finishing for the diaper packing machineries.  Not only just the machine was able to execute the precise sealing, but it helps to cut down the wastage of the packaging materials after being sealed. The misalignment of the sealing creating distorted finished to the packaging can really affect the overall presentation and perfromance that is a common problematic issues for several factory owners of this industry. This can really affect the sales of the products in the market. To tackle this problematic issue that is common for most of the other existing packing machines, BROAD had come up with the new sealing method by anchoring the four sides of the packaging opening to create a clean and perfect rectangular opening, followed by folding the gussets and finished with a seal to it. This eventually ended up with reducing the misalignment as minimal as ≤3mm

Besides this feature, the wastage of the packaging material will reduced to minimal with the short seal length requirement of 14mm.
