High-Speed Semi-Auto Pet Diapers Packaging Machine

A packaging machine mainly for packing diapers & baby pants products with high-speed & semi-automatic main features. When products being detected by the Packaging Machine, it will undergo procedures such as: automatic compression, stacked-products/pieces pushing, suction and the final stage of bottom gusset folding, heat-sealing and waste clearance procedures.

Mechanical Features：

1. Patented gusset-making mechanism

has been approved by the industry able to reduce misalignment and error to minimum level created by high stability gusset-making mechanisms.

2. Multi-Servo drive and high mechanical stability.

The adoption of Mitsubishi or AB motion-controlled PLC and Bus Servo System ensures the stability and efficiency of production, with the qualified rate reaching as high as 99%.

3. Overall program planning.

When the machine is in the process of changing task or in a state of malfunction, the products will be diverted through manual sealing line with the one-press shunt system to ensure the continuous work of the main machine.

4. Extensive applicability, with fine and firm sealing.

The machine is applicable to pack over 95% of the mainstream products in this line, including diapers, elastic diaper pants, pet cushions, mattresses and various bags and pouches, etc., with the sealing fine and firm.

5. Prefabricated bags adopted.

The use of prefabricated bags, compared to rolling film bags or the keypunching bags, contributes to easy management and reduction in the cost.

6. Human-machine interaction system.

Various product parameters data can be visually displayed, preserved and saved in the machine, and retrieved conveniently when needed.

7. Temperature control system from Germany.

The adoption of German temperature control system enables the preciseness of temperature setting for heating strips by touching on the screen, with tolerance of ±1 degree Celsius.
