High-Speed Fully-Auto Pet Diapers Packaging Machine

This machine, under automated operation, will have the diapers stacked neatly by the Stacker according to diapers quantity/ piece number of the packaging followed by pushing into the compressing platform of the Packaging Machine. When products being detected by the Packaging Machine, it will undergo procedures such as: automatic compression, stacked-products/pieces pushing, bag feeding, suction, bag-opening, product bagging.

2. Multi-Servo drive and high mechanical stability.

The adoption of Mitsubishi or AB motion-controlled PLC and Bus Servo System ensures the stability and efficiency of production, with the qualified rate reaching as high as 99%.

3. One-click diversion for manual sealing line

When the machine is in the process of changing task or in a malfunctioning state it can one-click switch to output pet diapers from another outlet of the stacker and the products will be diverted through manual sealing line with minimal interruption of the overall workflow. 

4. Temperature control system from Germany.

The adoption of German temperature control system enables the preciseness of temperature setting for heating strips by touching on the screen, with tolerance of ±1 degree Celsius.
