Fully-Automatic Pet Diapers Packaging Machine

This machine, under automated operation, will have the diapers stacked neatly by the Stacker according to diapers quantity/ piece number of the packaging followed by pushing into the compressing platform of the Packaging Machine. When products being detected by the Packaging Machine, it will undergo procedures such as: automatic compression, stacked-products/pieces pushing, bag feeding, suction, bag-opening, product bagging.

the servo controlled gusset-folding mechanism is adaptable to various pet underpads bagging specifications with precise and uniformed folding 

2. Extensive applicability, with fine and firm sealing.

The machine is applicable to pack over 95% of the mainstream products in this line, including diapers, elastic diaper pants, pet cushions, mattresses and various bags and pouches, etc., with the sealing fine and firm.

3. Prefabricated bags adopted.

The use of prefabricated bags for the packaging of the adult diapers, compared to rolling film bags or the keypunching bags, contributes to easy management and reduction in the cost.

4. Human-machine interaction system.

Various product parameters can be preserved and saved in the machine, and retrieved conveniently when needed.
