High-Speed Full-Servo Sanitary Napkins Stacking Machine

A sanitary napkin packaging machine with high-speed & semi-automatic main features. When products being detected by the Packaging Machine, it will undergo procedures such as: product catching, compression, bag opening and bag filling procedures and then clear the cut off. These sealed products would be delivered out along the conveyor belt.

Mechanical Features

1. Adopts a new modular design concept, full servo design.

Multi-cam linkage servo control technology to ensure that all action is kept to the smoothest and shortest time required. The packing speed can reach up to 60 packs / minute which is at the fastest industrial production speed.

2. Multi-Servo drive and high mechanical stability. 

The adoption of Mitsubishi or AB motion-controlled PLC and Bus Servo System ensures the stability and efficiency of sanitary napkins packaging production,  with the qualified rate reaching as high as 99%.

3. Overall program planning. 
The engineering solutions offered by BROAD are not just simple sanitary napkin packing machines, but also a holistic solution from selection of product pieces from host, conveying products into the packaging machines to sealing of the packaging executed by the machine. The finished products will appear as a two-in-one (packaged) product after being packed. 

4. Human-machine interaction system. 
Product parameters can be saved and stored in the machine, and retrieved efficiently when needed.
